Incentives to come to the office, transparency, very young company, and treats people fairly well across all age groups
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I didn't feel comfortable negotiating pay in my hiring process and look forward to the review cycle to reconsider my compensation.

Good teamwork, all driven and focused on accomplishing shared goals, and accommodating when I need help at work or even with taking time off of work.
