It has been a wonderful experience so far! Compared to my last position, the company is a complete 180. It has taught me the valuable lesson of working hard, being OK to make mistakes and learning from it but most of all, working together as a CG family.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I'm able to have performance based compensation as well two times a year which helps push the motivation further!
What makes you most happy at work?
Feeling confident in my role and feel respected by my peers. Acknowledging when there are mistakes that can be fixed but are not detrimental.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all respect one another and come together when situations are difficult. We also can relate to one another and work as a CS family.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company feels very welcoming with current employees and with new employees. Having events at the office helps bring everyone together to be included and share topics on the slack channels as well.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are transparent about what they are striving to do and letting us know right off the bat when things aren't working. The good and bad news helps substantially for us to be able to work together as a team.
