The people for sure. CG's has built an amazing, inclusive culture where they encourage you to be who you are, not to fit a mold. They value past experiences and celebrate everyones accomplishments.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The PTO package is the best part in my opinion. They ensure you have the flexibility you need to take care of yourself and family while still being able to excel at your job.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct leadership team has been amazingly supportive and it is evident that it starts from the top. The team is very transparent and has an open door policy, they truly care about what employees have to say.
