Relatively good. Some areas that could use improvement, but I generally like it. The company needs to show me they will take care of me or I'll still leave whenever something better for my career comes along.

The finance leadership team is very personable, I feel like I can have meaningful conversations with them

The level of trust/respect between groups makes communication and collaboration easier than at some of my previous employers

There's a certain intellectual base that I struggle to find in my coworkers, which frequently makes me wonder about if we're thinking deeply enough about the problems we're trying to tackle.
