What do you like best about the leadership team?
They keep the team informed to the point of almost oversharing, which is a complete 180 from what I was accustomed to at my last employer.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
If you have something going on that affects you or your work, they don't tell you to push through and focus, they encourage you to focus on the thing. It is a very family oriented organization.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Having separate vacation and PTO banks. It is far less stressful knowing that if I or my son fall ill and I need to miss work I'm not eating away at potential vacation time. It also helps encourage sick coworkers to stay home and not infect others just to preserve their time off balances.
