I was an early settler at CG and left for a few years to pursue a different opportunity. In that time I gained additional skills and even more appreciation for CG. As a new parent I feel alot more stable at cg than I did at the 2 start ups I was at in between. I also get to have some fun

People, energy in the office and being part of the "winning team"
What do you like best about the leadership team?
While they are all extremely successful, impressive people they are all easily approachable. I've worked in places where I wouldnt dare stop and talk to an executive but at CG I wouldn't dare walk by without stopping to say hello.
