Overall, it is a very positive workplace. The benefits and people are all amazing. However, I do feel as though there is room for improvement surrounding compensation structure/amount especially compared to similar tech companies in the Boston area.

Interacting with friends/coworkers and the satisfaction that comes with getting my job done.

They are all kind, friendly, and willing to help. I also appreciate how we all come from diverse back grounds.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
All Gurus are very open minded and accepting of all types. The benefits, as well as the new office is also great.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Such a low base salary, on top of only getting paid out for my commission every 4 months. I only have enough to live and pay my bills; not to save for my future.
