When I get on the phone with a dealership and it ends on a positive note.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're quick to be transparent. Once a decision is made, the immediately provide an space to discuss it.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Because I onboarded by myself, I feel like the groups have already set in stone. They are very friendly, but I don't feel comfortable just starting a conversation with them.
