Everyone on the leadership team is so caring and thoughtful and everyone is willing to help me out to succeed here, even leaders of diffferent teams are willing to help
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The commission structure is good, I like how it incentivizes people in sales to try and get as many KPIs as possible to earn a nice commission check each month

My team is very insightful and helpful, everybody on my team encourages each other and helps one another to hit our goals, which is rare to see in a competitive sales floor
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is very welcoming and inviting, which makes coming into the office much easier because everybody shares the same goals and motivations, lots of incentives to keep people happy at the company.
What makes you most happy at work?
Staying busy and hitting the goals that myself and my team have laid out for me. Getting on target each month is a challenge but very worthwhile if you're able to hit your goals
