What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our executive team has made a real effort to share updates and communicate the plans for the business to the larger organization. They have created multiple spaces for employees to share feedback and be heard.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team genuinely enjoys working together. We work hard and have to work to solve a lot of challenges across the organization but we know we have a strong support system to take time for a laugh or a video game challenge when we need it!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
CG has really fostered an environment where people get to know each other as people. When we are in the office we have lunch, happy hours, and events. Remote we have trivia nights and can sign up for randomly matched 1:1 meetings which help maintain our sense of communit.
