I really enjoy speaking with people who are excited about CarGurus, and being able to work cross-functionally

I believe my performance would warrant a raise or promotion and have yet to receive any additional compensation

We communicate openly and honestly about wins and challenges and everyone on the team is willing to lend a hand and help.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they are transparent not only about the company wins, but the challenges we are facing and plans to overcome them.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like the equity component. I have never worked at a company that offers equity, and I like the additional incentive to do well.
