I like the fact that our leadership team is approachable and quick to jump in to fix the issue no matter what the level of the issue is.

As a diverse employee, I have enjoyed being able to work remotely because it allows me to be my most authentic self without the fear of judging. My promotion isn't based on how much my manager likes me but on the quality of my work.
