What do you like best about the leadership team?
In the few months since I've been here, I've seen leadership hone in on clarity of company vision and specific goals. I like how this includes things like project voice, getting to know our customers (dealers and consumers) and specific efforts like AMAs and roundtables to share learnings org wide.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love being a part of a team that is working on the future of CG when it comes to products. Digital Retail is an exciting time for us, our customer and our dealers and I'm happy to come to work day in and day out to figure out how we do this.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think one of the core values I've noticed the most (and absolutely love) is that people are pioneering and not afraid to take on change. We are at a unique pivot point as an organization and I'm truly excited to be surrounded by individuals who are ready to lead, be disruptive and take risks.
