The air hoods for the welders

Genuine focus on doing the right thing for all

Strong values - open to change on other aspects.

they are a laid back company and i like working there

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Management need to change from the top down.

Leadership and realistic expectations. Leadership could at least pretend to care about people. HR and the executive leadership team are a joke.

Accountability and middle manager empowerment.

Listen to the employees. Give back to the associates who are giving to the company.
