New branch manager was awesome but only interacted with him a few days. In the other hand the warehouse manager he was a nice dude, but disorganized and lazy most of the time. Didn't have a sense of urgency but he was expecting us to b employees of the month and make up his laziness. Show u a leader
Understanding the business, leading teams, caring about people at all, managing anything. Honestly, they need to get out of their offices in Florida and actually try to interact and spend time with employees. They are stretching people too thin. High expectations when the company cant deliver basics
treating people fairly. Some people have done some very very bad things and still have a job. Some other ones are not that lucky
Collaboration between business units - not fixing this will cause Carrier to shed businesses.

Being realistic. Asking questions. Listening to the associates.
