nothing everyone is rude to eachother and talks behind eachothers backs
The environment at my job is for the most part ubeat, friendly, and fun. But we make sure to do all of our work. ,

Some of them works very hard while 2 or 3 of theme are sleeping together
Some team members work hard, pull their own weight, while others just surf the web, text, play games, and just skate by. Nothing makes me more upset than having to do someone else's job on top of mine. I only get paid for the 1!
For the most part we are all there to get paid, so we make nice or tolerate one another at least.
