I'm not paid enough to take care of my fair share plus everyone else's then told i don't do enough.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Stricter rules and regulations. Constant check ins from Disrict managers. Ability to fire someone if they act horribly to other staff and customers. Instead of turning a blind eye
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They form a group. Exclude others at every turn and treat you like your inferior. Then when you don't take it. They have a meeting about how you are the problem at the job.
