Communication, trust, organization, team planning, leadership, respect to employees and customers, following company policy!

What did you like most about the interview process?

It was with a former store manager and she was respectful and easy to talk to. Made it feel very comfortable

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel undervalued by the way I get treated at my store by the store manager. If she is not satisfied with how something is done, she cuts your hours and blames it on cooperate not offering enough hours for the store yet she works almost 60 hours a week. Schedules when not available. Barely any hour
