Our store team get everithing done and is proyd of our wk. Everyone do more than expected. Actually 4 emplyees are doung the job that is to be done by 8.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Be truthfull and honest. Protect the emplyees and develope a real team relationship. At Carters the "team " is important and valuable only if it produces what the Distric Manager needs to keep her possition. She don't even visit the stores and is sarcastic. (Ga distric)
