Great enviorment, Fun place to work. Wonderful customers. TERRIBLE DEGRADING PAY. At least $5.00 an hour less than any other retailer or fast food place.

We all get along, like each other and help each other out.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The employees and customers, but moral can be low because of the crappy pay.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Get sales assoiates wages respectable. No one expects to get rich working retail, but Carters should be ashamed of what they pay their sales associates.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are not in touch or in tune with the times and pay scale. I trust they are paid well, but the sales associates who do the work, open credit cards and make the difference with customers are paid very poorly.
