Carters hires a lot of sales associates PT and seasonal around the Holiday but they dont tell you that you only be schedul 3.5 - 7 hours a week. Not enough money to even gas your car up let alone put food on the table.. cashiers and sales associate sell your brands daily but dont make enough to live

There friendly, willingness to help you and have the same main concerns lack of hours
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Your pay is above minimum wage in Maryland but its doesnt add up when your not schedule any hours especially around the Holidays. PT jobs are suppose to help make things financially better not crimple you.. Do the CEO and President even care that the stores are hurting there associates
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our store managers do what they can but is constantly apologizing for the lack of hours. So during your 3-4 hour 1 day a week shift they want to work you like your 3 people because of 30-40 boxes of inventory being shipped and recieved daily that has to be put out on sales floor
