I love working for carters. I am coming up on my 1 year anniversary as a FT,ASM. I have a wonderdul team. I have an amazing DM. Theres a lot of incentives being apart of carters.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was able ro feel comfortbale. any questions i had there was positive feedback. I liked how I fit into the company. I came in stronger than i thought.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our live team meetings. Its personal, as a district i feel like everystore has an encouraging bond. It makes it better knowing were all there to help each other regardless the store.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like we put a lot into our work. The lacking hours we have dont help with the pay. Therefore, its forcing me to get a second job to support my family and i. That doesnt allow me to be flexible for carters. If i had better pay it would make up for what i was quoted at hire.
