My experience is ok, but It could be better. I have no problems with anyone and we work as a team to get things done. It just a typical retail job.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to get better at communication and learning to distribute responsibilities to everyone.

I like that the questions were not so hard. They were just about my availability and if I was in school or not
What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me the most happiest at work is when I am able to come in an have things to do and I especially love helping to put a smile on a customer's face when I am helping them.
