Carters is a great company to work for but they only hire temporary associates which makes it hard to feel confident in my work because tomorrow could be my last day.

Start hiring people as a carters employee so that you will get more people that actually wants to stay with the company versus temp agencies where the employee is expendable
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was undervalued because I learned everything that was needed to become a customer service specialist over 3 months to be let go because of work volume. I was the best at what I did since I worked through a temp agency, it felt like a waste of time.
