Culture and environment is very nice

Incredible amount of resources that give managers autonomy to take decisions within reason

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

The HR department was extremely toxic due to an unstable leader who had to be removed. The mental, emotional and professional damage she inflicted lives on forever and impacted the entire department.
