An company with a rich history that invests in their people

Fantastic company, awful culture within the department. A fish rots at the head - department leader was abusive, unstable and created a toxic environment. The lack of quality leadership trickled down and middle managers were ineffective leaders who carried on disrespectful ways of working.

The leadership team knew how to spend their budgets to maximize the image of the brand domestically in advertising but also for internal sales meetings. They spoiled the top execs & directors/managers invited to attend the national and global sales meetings. Those destination venues are what I miss

Communication clear consistent consise great culture

Smart and strategic - genuinely kind people. Could have more courage and innovation when it comes to setting standards in the luxury industry.

Leadership team needs to improve identifying egregious behaviors of themselves, their own leaders and retail btq. Directors and managers. They need to seriously open their eyes and ears to watch and listen to their disgruntled unhappy hardworking employees.

My bonuses and employee discount perks as well as 401k match and profit sharing contributions were the best part of my career at Cartier.

Great employees, all hardworking and eager to acheive KPI's. Teammates work well together and have great relationships woth each other. Camaraderie exists and is strong

The HR department was extremely toxic due to an unstable leader who had to be removed. The mental, emotional and professional damage she inflicted lives on forever and impacted the entire department.

They made sure that I met with someone from the business side to offer more well-rounded look into the company overall.

My team, my co-workers, the travel to exotic locales as a reward for being a top sales performer, my pre-covid travel & expense budget, my bonuses.

Nothing makes me happy wity some co worker not being competant
