The leadership team knew how to spend their budgets to maximize the image of the brand domestically in advertising but also for internal sales meetings. They spoiled the top execs & directors/managers invited to attend the national and global sales meetings. Those destination venues are what I miss

Smart and strategic - genuinely kind people. Could have more courage and innovation when it comes to setting standards in the luxury industry.
Leadership team needs to improve identifying egregious behaviors of themselves, their own leaders and retail btq. Directors and managers. They need to seriously open their eyes and ears to watch and listen to their disgruntled unhappy hardworking employees.
