Listening to employees and making decisions with its customers in mind.
There are some long standing employees who use their postion to bully others through vicious lies and intimidation.
Two way communication. It is improving, but still needs to get a lot better.

Team needs to understand the expectations of them, agree to objectives, then make plans and monitor progress towards those objectives

So much work everyone feels overloaded.
