More than 3 years of just trying to do my job and get paid. Arbitrary rules over processes become firing offenses creating job loss panic and fear rather than training tools for all to provide the best product for the client. An exit interview with HR that does not include alcohol.

Unethical company, firing employees for not agreeing and withholding payment to contractors for no reason and not responding. Also very unfocused management with objectives and direction changing constantly and little respect for employees.
