Strategy, competitive awareness and recognition.
They pay very well. But HR benifits are not upto mark
Due to the terrible architecture, design and implementation of the foundation software of the company, the company is doomed. It can run on smoke and mirrors only so long. This ends up hurting employees, rendering their options worthless. Technology stack is antiquated, out of sync with large trends
Minuscule, infrequent raises. Whatever raises managers propose, management cuts in half. A company-wide bonus program that's forever delayed.
Understanding others concerns and see them as a human being
There are silos trading responsibility for problems. Also, "core" and "agent" have poor communication history because of mistrust. Also sales/marketing and the rest of the company are out of touch. Too many scrum masters and middle layer managers, too few people do real work.
Maturity, collaboration. Catchpoint's big on "staying in your lanes," which creates silos.
One on one meetings, regular updates
Too many layoffs, especially of senior personnel.

Interact with employees more and make them part of the company
Poor sales execution, high turnover, managers play the blame game and micro-manage, make it harder for you to do your job. If I did something good and helped someone else to succeed, I shouldn't be reprimanded because it wasn't my job.
