
CECO is helpful - I sleep well at night knowing I am cleaning our environment. In a world where people only care about profits, it's nice to see CECO care about our shared environment.

I feel slightly undervalued - more consistency with HR practices, feedback and giving goals to achieve a promotional environment would be helpful
I really like how well everyone works together and we can find common goals, even when misunderstandings arise, we still try to work out the best solutions.
I am undervalued compared to similar people in my position and with my experience. This is partly due to the lower amount of increases given over the course of the pandemic years.
The team communicates well. Working from home gives them freedom to be themselves and we only have to talk when we want to talk. Overall this leads to enjoyable time with the team.
Inflation has gone up, and the budget is tight. We have gotten equitable raises but then there were years without. Now that my division had a blockbuster year I'd like to think I'll be compensated this year, but I have no history to base that hope off of.
