
I imagine I feel the way a trainer feels when they're hired by someone who really wants to lose weight, but when the trainer suggests changing their diet and exercise habits, the client doesn't follow any of the recommendations. CECO wants to be better, but doesn't want to change how they do things.

Align stated goals with actions. Provide team members with proper tools. Focus more on bottom line than top line.
My effort level quickly reaches a point of diminishing returns. I could double my efforts and it wouldn't make 1% of difference.
In my experience, the sales teams do whatever they want to meet targets and it's everyone else's job to figure out how to actually deliver.
