People should be held accountable Responsibilities should be clearly defined Management should be more of a buffer and not pit people against one another

Morale is very low Issues and problems are brought to managment but do not get addressed, Not enough people in place at every level

Understanding the severity of the issues at the plant level Better hiring practices Need additional people at almost every level Better communication - especially LISTENING
