It has gone downhill since the beginning of covid I enjoyed going to work but as employees left and not replaced the workload became unbearable - working 10-12 hours a day 5-7 days a week. Management does not seem invested in CORRECTING problems, only intersted in meeting the shipping $ each month.

Not very much at the moment

It is al fairly neutral
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
People should be held accountable Responsibilities should be clearly defined Management should be more of a buffer and not pit people against one another
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Morale is very low Issues and problems are brought to managment but do not get addressed, Not enough people in place at every level
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Understanding the severity of the issues at the plant level Better hiring practices Need additional people at almost every level Better communication - especially LISTENING
