Many positive aspects and lots of potential for future growth. Hamstrung by employee turnover and too slow replacements. Feeling of top executives, especially mid-level, having conflicting agendas and demands which causes wasted time and energies.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Insurance coverage, 401K, and ESPP are all commendable.

Communication from the top is frequent and open although many times vague in how it applies to me.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of the team are motivated and professional in their performance. Keeping good people is a major issue.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Too much focus on monthly goals. "Great work last month team but forget that, we're already behind this week!"
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our location is normally relaxed and friendly, even while performing under pressure to reach goals. This does not seem to be true of some other facilities.
