We seem to be very open.

401k and stock options and of course our excellent insurance!!!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I'm in sales and they do what we need to do to get the sale! That includes pacifying a difficult customer, or acknowledging and rewarding a good customer.
What makes you most happy at work?
Silly question to ask .."are you typically excited to go to work each day?" No, I'm excited to go golfing or fishing or hang out with my family. Work is not "exciting" to go to or do, but we have to But this is a good company to work at and that's the bottom line!!
