Fair at best! No accountability for individuals. There is no fear of punishment for doing a bad job. Rather, those doing a bad job are given cover. This then rolls responsibility for upstream depts. to cover for laziness. Internal communication is poor. I cannot wait to quit and leave for good

I no longer feel like my contributions matter. Sad state of affairs, we are not listened too.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Ability to solve problems that affect us direclty.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Those of us who know what we are doing, get things done.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being left alone and allowed to work. Not having to solve other peoples/departments problems.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They might be good at expanding the CECO portfolio, but the internal departments are not working effectively. Problems brought up but never addressed. Words are empty!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Fair wage even though I am First In / Last Out. Need to look elsewhere. I am a great employee, in a struggling company. If recession was not pending, i would be more active in looking for a new position.
