It was great when I was first hired on and has declined since unfortunately.

Friendly, generally caring, and responsive.

My general manager genuinely seems to care and tries to get things right.

Helpfulness, generally looks out for each other, generally willing to pitch in on things when requested.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In the 5+ years i've been with CECO i've only had one merit increase while i've heard other CECO brands have had annual merit increases. My cost of living has not been stagnant.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
No meaningful action by CECO to provide a properly staffed environment with subject matter expertise or willingness to become one and take responsibility for their work and duties. Hire the competent staff we need asap.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Lack of ownership, responsibility, willingness to learn, man power shortage causing loss of focus on ones specific job duties. Things could improve with being properly staffed with competent people who also take ownership of their work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've had one raise at this company in 6 years, no overtime pay is made available, yet i'm having to work my tail off with a skeleton work crew. The compensation for the total amount of stress is severely out balanced.
