I enjoy the work culture, the benefits, my teammates, and the work I do. However, I was under the impression that more steps were being taken to be more environmentally friendly, but I haven't heard of anything so far. I wish more company update emails were sent because I feel a bit out of the loop.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's competitive and better than most other companies for my position

I haven't been employed long enough with the company to have a solid enough observation.

The ability to work independently from home. I appreciate that my team trusts me to get my work done.

We work really well together and have a great dynamic. We're a small team so it is easy to interact and bounce ideas off of each other.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I appreciate the ability to be flexible. It feels like the company really cares about our wellbeing and understands that life happens. I have an actual work-life balance and it is respected by the company.
