I enjoy working within the CECO branch I am currently apart of. The individuals within the office keep the environment positive and we always help each other. Issues come in when we fall into the pitfalls that plague most corporations. If we can't compensate talent accordingly we will fail.

New challenges. Trying to solve existing problem

The comradery and the desire in the office to help each other

We are all close with each other and have a great atmosphere in the workplace
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Always an excuse to not give raises despite good performance i.e. external factors. As a bare minimum wage increases should match country wide inflation
