Fast paced work environment. No shortage of work. Hard to keep up with customer RFQs. Pay is okay. Benefits are good. Don't hear anything about company bonuses, even after great year.

Very positive team. Apprear forward thinking.

Health benefits are better than previous employer.

Very easy going group and very helpful.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have not heard any talk of bonuses this year, after working hard with great results in HEE-Duall.
