
Since I started here you could see all the holes that needed to be filled. Seeing great people either get fired or put their two weeks in and then be asked to leave and not work their 2 weeks due to personal ego trips is outrageous. Someone in that position shouldn't be so pompous.
At least match or beat previous employers pay rate.
Culture, motivation, attitude, as they are all beaten down, underpaid and not appreciated but upper management.
Honestly there really is nothing positive right now bout the culture and environment here. It really is sad
Upper management and their lack of appreciation of the skills people have. Doing more things for employees, lunches, birthday celebrations, employee recognition program. There are so many things that can change rather than just focusing on making the number
Having the people come together, stop all the drama, and work together as a team. We are all working towards one end goal and that is to build a quality product and ship ontime to our customer. Maybe have teambuilding events to help
They need to listen to the people that are leaving. They are clearly pointing out that management is not taking care of the toxic environment that has started from the top down. Change needs to start there but when you do not have support, it is very hard.
They need to listen to the employees. The employees live the day to day and have the ideas and solutions that can make the company better. Why hire people when you never listen to them, and your GM is always having the best ideas and is right all the time.
Coworkers need to put their egos aside, and start working as a team. Yes there have been many people here for a long time and know quite a bit of tribal knowledge, and are holding that information back to their advantage. TEAM work is lacking and improvements are pushed aside
Culture is wrong, poor negative attitude as nothing has changed except the revolving door of people coming in and out. People are stuck in their ways and there needs to be change. Process improvements, better equipment, more people to do the jobs as everyone is doing multiple roles causing stress.
to be acknowledge, appreciated, our ideas and suggestions heard, to have our skills and knowledge of our day to day activates not looked down upon as if we do not know what we are doing when the answers and solutions are not what GM thinks they can be or think they can do better.
