My fist 18 years we're great however the last five or so years haven't been great. I feel changes are made and i'm being told about them after someone else has said yes to something that affects how I do my job. I don't never get real imput.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager lets me control my onw enviroment without mirco managing.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I see long long time employees/friends leave the company, you should listen to the lower level employees.
