the sense of accomplishment every time I get an order out the door
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The benefits package is top notch, the hourly rate is a little low. Company atmosphere and benefits keep me here. If all I cared about was pay, I would look elsewhere.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Ceco sent flowers to my mother's funeral, and I will never forget that. When someone calls out, nobody thinks "ugh, I have to cover for Karen AGAIN", instead we're all hoping the person is ok and wishing them better.
