This company has been through ups and downs. Though we are currently in an 'up' trend, I have seen many downs as well. It all depends on how the executive team handles the 'downs' which has been, for the most part, acceptable.

I enjoy the work that I do.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Medical and Dental are pretty good.
What are some of the best things about your team?
For the most part, we work together well and have common goals.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Most of them are easy to talk to and have an open-door policy (which I test regularly).
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most people are friendly and open. Even still, it's nice to be able to work from home.
