Thus far, experience has been well. I do wish in the short time that I have been with the company there was some sort of onboarding program/training. I feel the little instructions I've been given to navigate the system has been inadequate.

They are hardworking, great at what they do. Allowing me to focus on the bigger picture.

That they are dedicated to the company, and work. They have they're finger on the pulse of the company.
