Increase pay, increase benefits and 401k

dollar price has peaked in Pakistan and the conversion rate as well, but we are getting the same salary converted in rupees that we were getting in 2022. a good salary increase will make everyone feel good.

I know most other people on my team make more than me and are also salary. Overall our health benefits are expensive/not great coverage for a family. And I was bummed there is no employer contribution for our 401K. I also wish we had more vacation time (we all need breaks).

The amount of stress management places and the way they structure things is more to benefit them and not reward those who help grow the company.

The pay should be proportionate to the amount of work and importance of work. For example, the base hourly rate for someone in sales, based on their work load alone, should not be higher than accounting.

No provident funds, no gratuity, medical insurance after one year, it should be with in 45 to 90 days max. No policy for urgent loan or advance salary for senior members. The employee has to pay 50% of the company transport, most companies does not charge anything for ct.

Not to have my compensation be lower than a non-management employee.

Higher rate of pay. Living wage for California. Higher rate of vacation pay.
