We have an all female LT who understands the balance of work and homelife and that Ceres employees are people first and foremost.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are constantly giving each other high fives and compliments on our work. It's a very satisfying environment, where you truly feel appreciated for your contributions
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Summer Fridays (everyone gets 1-5pm off for 2-3 months in the summer) and getting the bonus week off between Christmas and New Years in addition to our vacation time is a great added bonus
