What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Our leadership cannot make decisions. They foolishly added a bureaucratic layer of VPs thinking that would help. Instead, it created another layer of management with no clear mandate. Then, they consolidated teams under a COO that many staff don't enjoy working with.

My experience has been mostly positive. When Covid hit, I was very unsure how a nonprofit was going to be impacted but we have not only persevered, we have risen up and flown in the last year.

Since starting at the organization, I've always felt like I belonged and had a voice. My work is valued and I genuinely feel as though I'm able to make a positive impact while continuing to grow professionally.
