They need to mature and focus more on work instead of gossip and office foolery .

They need to mature and stop the gossip and immaturity regarding outside forces

Not to have so many people interview you , and forget that you had an interview

Be truthful with customers and don’t leave the team to figure out answers when it’s the ppl at the top job to do
