What do you like best about the leadership team?
It is an adventure every single day
Open door policy and very logical. Open to new ideas if you are prepared to justify them with numbers.
Chain of command! And rules should be the same across the board.

Competitive salary and good work life balance. In nearly 5 years with the company I was only contacted once after hours just for an emergency.
